2 Tbsp, chopped uncooked red onion(s)

1/2 small , diced fresh tomato(es)

1/2 small , kirby, diced cucumber(s)

2 Tbsp fresh lime juice

2 tsp , fresh, chopped cilantro

1 pinch(es) , or to taste table salt

1 pinch(es) , or to taste black pepper

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine shrimp, onion, tomato, cucumber and lime juice; let stand 10 minutes for flavors to blend. Sprinkle with cilantro; season to taste, if desired.
